The Big Easy Bicycle Festival: Two Locations, One Mission
The mission of the Big Easy Bicycle Festival is to raise awareness of the vibrant bicycling community in New Orleans. Our goal is to promote awareness of the health and social impact that biking in New Orleans offers, while sparking conversations about cyclist safety for both recreational and avid riders. Through our events, we cultivate a sense of community among cyclists, cycling enthusiasts, and those who enjoy coming together for a good cause. We support community organizations dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in our city, all while bringing people together to celebrate life in a festive and impactful way.

The mission of the Big Easy Bicycle Festival is to promote cycling as a catalyst for wellness, environmental awareness, and community engagement in New Orleans. Through our signature Annual Bicycle Festival and ongoing educational initiatives, we aim to create positive impacts on individuals and neighborhoods by:
- Encouraging safe and active lifestyles through cycling
- Building a supportive and inclusive community of cyclists
- Highlighting the cultural richness and festive spirit of New Orleans
- Organizing lively and entertaining events featuring music, food, and activities

By organizing engaging and festive events, such as music-filled rides, community gatherings, and vibrant festivals, we seek to inspire and empower the people of New Orleans to embrace cycling as a means to enhance their well-being and contribute to a more sustainable, joyful, and connected city.
